He seems to be referring to Star Citizen because this is the relevant section. It looks like he's checking if the current version supports that resolution. I'm not sure what's confusing, but yes. As for the person asking the question, if it does, it might be a bit rough since the game isn't fully optimized yet. Someone with that resolution could probably help clarify it.
