It will reduce the output numbers. I don’t understand the extent. I’m using an 4130 similar to a 6100, but with just 4 cores rather than 6. I’ve got it overclocked and I’m running at medium levels.

I don't track real-time CPU usage for GTA, but you can check it in your system settings or game monitoring tools.
