It'll probably run csgo but your friend is going to hate the living crap out of you because you're going to have a huge advantage over them. Not only are we talking about minimal framerates, but the inability to see anything thanks to the small resolution and horrible textures.

Based on what I've seen, it worked with the same settings as yours. Running closer to 1080p gave better performance, but you'd likely see steady playback around 20-25 frames per second, possibly up to 30 at 800x600. I'm using the exact specs and tried CS:GO to confirm.
