You already had a working PC and swapped out the motherboard, possibly the CPU. You can leave everything plugged in if you prefer. All connections are on the front side—USB ports, audio, power button (this one might matter), power/HDD indicators, or an internal fan.

I also had the CPU, GPU, etc., but I changed the CPU. I think my really old motherboard isn’t compatible. The power button not being connected seems to be the cause of the failure. If you can tell me which port it is, it would be super useful.
