Has anyone used this? It seems unlikely to be malware—I've confirmed it isn't known—but possible incompatibilities could be causing issues.

Skinning media players seems like an old concept from the Winamp era. Are any people still using these programs today?

I use my XP machine but avoid anything recent. These can be tricky to reverse on older Windows versions, though they should work most of the time

These are some official "wmp" skins, but they aren't fully optimized for Windows 10. I haven’t used Winamp or WMP before, so the rules don’t apply. The Microsoft visualization skins work fine because they’re from Microsoft, though they might have been tested. InShot_20220223_184645742.mp4 is another example I’m curious about whenever I install something unusual... These skins seem different from the WMP 9 version since a visualization file rather than a true skin.

Trapped in a perfect, sentimental cycle. I wish I could be there for you.

This seems to be a webpage viewed in Microsoft Internet Explorer. It also appears to have a classic look.

It appears to be an outdated Firefox version, possibly from around 2014. You're still able to reach certain websites, which is good news. This browser is quite old but still functional for older systems.
