The main issue is the power supply unit. It doesn't work well. Only look at units rated tier 3 or higher. 550w models should suffice. There are still some minor concerns worth mentioning: 1. MSI's AM4 boards aren't very reliable—they have outdated BIOS and poor VRMs. I'd recommend another option. 2. B350 boards require BIOS updates since they're from before the 2000 series, which only supports 1000 series and Bulldozer APUs. You can get AMD's bootkit for free or pay a bit to a retailer. If you buy in person, many stores offer it free of charge. 3. Ryzen systems benefit greatly from dual-channel high-speed RAM. Aim for speeds between 2800-3000 MHz. Faster options tend to be overpriced and not worth the cost.

Avoid the harsh and poorly optimized options; focus on PUBG.

In GTA 4, I'm having trouble running it smoothly on a 1070 at 1080p resolution, though the basics work. Most other games should run fine.

GTA 4 is available for consoles, which is why performance drops significantly. It was designed mainly for PC, making it quite slow even with lower settings and high-end hardware.

Your third suggestion is quite notable, though the initial two aspects remain fixed because of my financial constraints. I’ll do my best... Thank you.

Well, launching Console released and optimized games even on a Xeon processor won’t function, since the unoptimized version is confusing the system and raising its demand without any real benefit. This is why console players often stick to PCs, or maybe they simply can’t, preferring to keep playing on systems with 4 GB of RAM. lol -Basil
