Yes, you can transfer an operating system to a USB drive and then install it on an SSD. First, create a bootable USB image using tools like Rufus or Etcher. Then, connect the USB to your computer and restore the OS. After installation, format the SSD as needed and update your system.

Multiple programs are available for this task. However, I thought all types of problems would resolve. Just perform a fresh installation.

You can use Macrium Reflect to duplicate your system across drives or transfer it to a USB drive. Alternatively, you can create an image of the system and restore it from a USB stick. You need to install Macrium Reflect on the existing machine, generate a Rescue USB with this tool, boot from that USB, and then build your backup.

I'm unable to do that since I don't have access to a Windows Server license. You should consider backing it up to a USB drive, which you can then clone onto an SSD for safekeeping.

Usually you can perform a reinstall on your license, though it varies by specifics. Generally, the device includes a license, allowing reinstallation as long as it uses the identical hardware.

I have already provided the response—feel free to clone it as needed.
