Hi everyone, I bought an ASRock B660M-HDV motherboard for a project and came with a "Drivers and Utilities" DVD. My system doesn’t have a DVD player, so I’m wondering if the disc contains any essential files. Is there anything important inside? If yes, can I get it online? The label says it’s the "INTEL series IIADL-18b Driver DVD version 1.8b." Thanks in advance! -powerpcfan
Include instructions for the chipset and other motherboard components. You can obtain the necessary files from their official website: https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/B660M-HD...p#Download. I prefer downloading directly from the site, even with a physical drive, since version compatibility can be uncertain. Using a CD/DVD is only practical without internet access. Alternatively, visit the manufacturer’s site and search for your purchase to locate the drivers.
Thanks! I thought I could locate a link but haven’t bothered searching anymore.
