Search for a reliable WiFi analyzer app on iOS. Your sister is relocating and will need to check her new Google Mesh System's coverage. Given the larger space, ensure the app can handle expanded areas.

I've tried every iOS device I own, but most didn't function properly or lacked the features I needed. Are you having trouble with an old Android phone or tablet? I usually keep one handy for such tasks and it's proven helpful a few times.

I found it once, but can’t locate it now. My previous Android tablet is outdated and no longer receives updates, which makes it difficult to use.

Some options come to mind, though I can’t recall the exact one. NetSpot is well-known, but it offers a 7-day free trial before charging. I believe WiFi Scanner was the tool I used.

There is an app for macOS, its actually built into the operating system but its not real time and it has very limited features. Open Wireless Diagnostics > Window > Scan In that window you will see your nearby networks and recommendations for what you set your wifi channels to for 2.4 and 5Ghz.

The problem is tracking signal strength to place your sisters' Google WiFi devices. They’re relocating from a single-story home to a bigger two-story house, which could require more devices. I located my Android phone, but it seems we lack an app for iOS or MacOS.
