No, that's not true. All those cleaners, PC tune-ups, and registry cleaning tools are just wasteful and cause more problems than they solve.

No, removing programs is quite useful too. And cleaning your hard drive is also beneficial.

I don't agree; tidying up doesn't really boost speed in any way, but being smart means avoiding making it worse. Cleaning with CCleaner has already helped a few things for me.
