Developing touch controls would require significant effort, and it doesn’t make sense for a small portion of the project. The game is already excellent in VR. It only needs minor adjustments—primarily improving smoothness, reducing lag, and fixing control issues in the Cyclops area.
This game is a major improvement, offering much more than a simple survival experience. It’s expertly crafted with tension, horror elements, and diverse environments both above and below the water. There are endless opportunities to build and upgrade. The visuals are stunning, and the exploration feels deeply rewarding. It definitely isn’t an easy game, but I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest it. While I usually dislike exploration games, I still find catching fish tedious when crafting essential items like water and food.
I have it and played a little of the start. It seems really good.....but rocket league.
I downloaded it again a week or so ago after reading this thread. I hadn't played it since it was in very early access. It's great. The non invasive mode of story telling is great. The crafting, vehicle and base building - great. And most of all exploring the depths of that beautiful world - jaw dropping. Really enjoying it, have clocked about 20hrs since re-downloading.
