I invested countless hours in Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear, both solo and with friends. It feels almost like a 15-year-old game now, yet it could be exactly what you're seeking. The latest titles, especially the Vegas versions, lean more toward fast-paced shooting than strategic planning before missions.
