Emulators appear to function properly on their own. If someone inquired about obtaining pirated ROMs, it would be a different matter.
The only reliable place I suggest for finding emulators is: http://www.emulator-zone.com/. They focus exclusively on legitimate emulators without ROMs, and their linked sites host genuine software. The community there is modest but helpful. When proper Xbox 360 or PS3 emulators become available, they’ll be added promptly. Currently, RPCS3 is the sole PS3 emulator, while no Xbox 360 versions exist. If you encounter an emulator missing from this site or Github, it’s best to avoid it. There are some Xbox/360 projects underway, but they’re far from being in alpha development.
hopefully the Vulkan API will speed up XBone and PS4 emulators since creating APIs is difficult.
