There exists a tool that lets you manage multiple Yahoo and Gmail accounts from a single interface. It simplifies logging in and monitoring all your accounts together.
If you prefer Microsoft services, consider Thunderbird from Mozilla.
Thunderbird offers capabilities to enhance its performance. You can enable features like hiding local folders, minimizing during startup and shutdown, and adjusting tray behavior. Additional settings such as "MinimizeToTray revived (MinTrayR)" are available. It also supports installation on Windows by default.
It’s not necessary to merge everything at once. Using software is essentially the same as verifying each item individually. I rely on Thunderbird for three Gmail accounts. I also have Unis email that forwards to my main Gmail address. My setup allows me to reply using the Unis address as a mask.
This feature is available in Windows Mail for Windows 8, 8.1 and 10.
