I've been trying to locate an alternative app that offers similar functionality to the Realtek HD Audio Manager. From what I understand, it appears to be the sole solution for modifying audio chips, as they are owned by Realtek. People often prefer using their own hardware, but I'm surprised there aren't more options available. I've searched extensively and haven't found any other viable choices beyond older versions or purchasing a different sound card. My main alternative seems to be buying a PCIe sound card instead. I'm not planning to go that route, though. It doesn't seem like this is the only path forward. Any suggestions? Also, for those curious about why I'm hesitant, I want to clarify—I'm not using the MS Store and recall they moved downloads there, which led me to search elsewhere and eventually gave up.

I wasn't after the right tool. I was hoping for an Equaliser app. If others are searching, this is what I came across. It seems to function properly so far. https://www.fxsound.com/
