You can connect the old drive to the new setup and it should function without needing a full reinstall. Uninstalling GPU drivers might help, though it should still work. For OEM keys, activation could be an issue, but it may still operate. Retail keys usually won’t cause problems.

It is saved on an SSD or HDD. In principle, yes. However, with Windows 7 or OEM versions like Windows 8/10, you might encounter problems.
