I've been testing the latest Windows 11 start menu update released at the end of last year. It has some positive aspects but also several drawbacks. I appreciate the organized app categories, but it fails to handle certain situations well. For example, all my Adobe applications are placed in the "Creativity" folder except Photoshop, which goes into the "Other" folder. This inconsistency is confusing. Additionally, I'm struggling to modify category names or move apps to fit them properly, making it hard to sort things logically. Am I missing something, or are these customizations permanently disabled?

Is Start11 v2 the top choice for menu software if you need extensive customization? While it isn't free, it stands out as the most flexible option available. You can find numerous YouTube videos that showcase its capabilities.

Move the items from the unwanted folder to the desired location on the basic start menu, then transfer them to the appropriate subfolder.
