Hi everyone! I was planning to purchase the Windows 10 USB from Microsoft, but it’s currently unavailable and hasn’t been in stock for a while. They do offer a download option, though I’m a bit doubtful about that. I already have a USB with the ISO file for building my new PC. What if I buy the download instead? Will it include a product key? Thanks!

When buying the OS from Amazon or Microsoft Store, a key is included. It will be emailed along with the key and a download link.

The "download" edition includes just the product key since you need the media creation tool to get the installation media. Once you have the installation media, the additional step is unnecessary.

Purchasing from MS directly connects you to your account or requires an email delivery. The same applies to third-party sellers. The download feature is available only for installers.
