The board is just a subpart and pairing it with an 8-core setup isn't ideal. Aim for a mortar maximum.

The 4+3 stage can support a 2700X overclock, but the limited heatsink ventilation over the VRMs means you should ensure proper airflow. Recommended airflow levels are 2700X OC, 3700X OC, or 3800X OC with minimal air movement.
