A new PSU has been delivered. The buzzing and cracking sound is missing, but the fan is now too loud even when idle. Updated PSU: Seasonic Core GX-850 ATX 3 (2024). I sent the first PSU back to the store to retrieve a refund or a replacement. I also uploaded a video to YouTube, though it was difficult to hear clearly—even for me—and from that video I believe it sounds much more noticeable now.
