already own r5 1600 (gigabyte b350ds3h) and considering a switch to x570 ud. also planning CPU upgrade to 3950x by late 2025, assuming this fits with your current RAM setup. CPU cooler will be h110i, GPU 1070ti.

The cost gap in India is huge—X570 UD equals about 14k INR (roughly 180 USD), while the X570 Elite is around 19k INR (about 260 USD). I’ve heard Asrock Phantom 4 might launch in Q3, but that’s not yet confirmed.
