Received my PC from the police after an incorrect seizure; it’s malfunctioning now. Besides the backplate doesn’t match all ports, the Wi-Fi antenna is bent and it appears to boot but no display signal is present. Debug lights remain active for CPU, DRAM, VGA, and boot status. I’m checking how to test each part. Can I transfer the CPU or other components to another motherboard? I plan to reset the BIOS tomorrow but it’s not looking promising. i9 9900k MSI z390 Gaming Edge AC

There was an incident involving my mother's phone number being misused in connection with a crime. All our gear was stolen early that morning. I intend to seek compensation.
