'' addressable control header'' you mean the 4th pin? looking for cpu fan. maybe I can just plug cpu fan in system fan. and if it doens't let me boot, il put system fan in cpu fna in hopes that its less noisy or maybe I can plug somehting els ein the cpu fan header to trick it into thinking there's a fan?
