Your setup includes an Intel i3-4170 with 3.7GHz dual-core, a GTX 660 graphics card, and 8GB of RAM. You should be able to run modern titles such as Disco Elysium II, GTA V, and Overwatch, though performance may vary depending on the game's demands.

Sure, keeping the settings modest helps. Also, some FPS problems might appear in games that demand more CPU power.

Thank you for your reply. Is the price worth £140 as I paid for it?

It seems like you're expressing approval of the price. Would you like to share more details about what you're discussing?

Sure, perhaps a bit more based on what you have. I believe that's a reasonable arrangement.

At the same cost, a more seasoned quad-core processor would be superior, though it isn't particularly problematic.

The CPU is fine. I wouldn't call it good, but it will not hold you back too much. The bigger issue is your GPU. That will most bottleneck you much sooner than your CPU will in most games, but even the GPU is decent for gaming. Older games and/or less GPU heavy games should run fine at medium/high, and newer games should run fine at low/medium. Just don't expect to max out The Witcher 3 or games like that. I don't know what the other components are, but for 140 pounds I'd say that's a good deal.
