New installation completed. I reviewed several tutorials and they recommended updating the BIOS to the latest version. However, it seems optional based on my motherboard configuration. Checking my Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX V2, I confirmed via BIOS that I'm running version F3. The upgrade from F3 to the current BIOS mainly addresses AMD 8000 support and includes an update for AMD AGESA 1.1.7.0. Since I don’t use the 8000 processor, I decided not to proceed with the update and simply installed Windows 11 Home on my system. It functioned correctly, and after further watching, I learned that keeping BIOS updated is generally beneficial even if you don’t need the changes. This helps prevent potential slowdowns caused by outdated firmware.

I’m considering updating the BIOS separately using a USB drive, transferring files through the BIOS where USB ports are displayed. This should work since the OS is already installed. I also suspect downloading Gigabyte Wi-Fi drivers via the same method might restore connectivity after a USB transfer from another machine.

Currently, my setup includes a Ryzen 7 7800X3D processor and a Zotac Trinity Gaming RTx 4070 Ti graphics card with 16GB RAM. I’ve also heard drivers exist for those components, which adds to the complexity. I don’t have RGB lighting, LED panels, or water cooling, so it’s a very minimal build. I’m unsure about all the additional drivers needed beyond Wi-Fi and possibly audio chipsets. The Gigabyte Control Center seems sufficient, but it covers more than just the core hardware.

Sure, simply transfer the BIOS files to a USB drive, and you'll find a "flash" menu within your BIOS settings. Verify you're using the appropriate file for your device.

However, if there are no problems, I would just keep the BIOS unchanged.

For the Wi-Fi connection, there will be a driver available on your motherboard support page, possibly as an EXE file. You'll need to use another device to download it.

You're referring to a 64-bit setup on Windows 11 for the correct file. I haven't encountered any problems so far. Since I don't have internet access right now, I can't test or verify much. The Wi-Fi connection is working, and I'm checking for additional drivers. I also made a note about my CPU and GPU: Ryzen 7800x3d and Zotac Trinity Gaming RTx 4070 Ti Super 16GB. There are drivers available for that configuration, which helps ease the situation. I don't have any RGB, LED, or water cooling components, so it's a clean, minimal build.

You could simply connect your PC to a router using an Ethernet cable for quick setup of new systems.

It functioned reliably the moment Windows was set up.

It didn't come as a big surprise with my new AM5 setup.

Sorry, I'm on the second floor and the router is on the first floor, so I can't connect via Ethernet.
