you just used the command to check cpu load percentage in cmd, which seems to indicate around 2% usage. but the task manager shows a higher figure like 10%. opening chrome tabs confirmed a spike to about 70%, matching the task manager. wmic also reported close to 70%. which reading is more accurate?
