Probably asking for a lot, I've been unable to find any. https://www.ebay.com/itm/10x-RP-SMA-Bulk...Swm-ZaubmF I realize the actual metal connections will not be white, but the cabling part in white would be nice, if possible.

Take inspiration from other crafts you enjoy, and you can hide the tips while finishing the rest with RC car paint (which is very adaptable) or apply a standard spray adhesive promoter. I don’t believe custom u.FL pigtails will become the next big CableMod trend.

Didn't notice it before, but since the black version is just heatshrink, you might be able to use white heatshrink sleeving instead.

When using the complete setup, handle the connectors gently to avoid damaging them, as they are quite delicate.
