I think there are serious issues with the boot managers on my storage device... there were two Windows 7 choices in the boot menu, I removed the one that was inactive when Windows 7 was last functioning. After applying the newest updates, Windows 7 stopped booting completely and would always trigger a BSOD, no matter what I did. Even after trying to upgrade to Windows 10 before updating through Windows 7, it would install normally but then encounter driver signature errors that wouldn’t stop. It automatically reverts back to Windows 7 until the updates are applied and the BSOD appears again. Now I’m using Ubuntu, but I’m unsure if I can even install Windows anymore.
Attempted this... it doesn't function properly. Installation of Windows is possible, but it won't operate as intended.
