You're aiming to assemble a budget PC with an integrated graphics card. The AMD A6 7400K is capable of running older titles like Cities: Skylines and CS:GO, though performance will be limited compared to dedicated GPUs. Expect smoother gameplay than modern titles but still manageable for the past decade.

Cities: Skylines is not a priority. CS:GO probably won’t run smoothly at 60 fps on the simplest settings.

Cities skylines demands a lot of processing power, especially on a dual-core system.

The A10 7870k is strongly suggested. This APU struggles with running the latest titles.

The rig's overall budget is what you need to know before starting Cities Skylines. Running a dual-core APU won't be fun if it exceeds your limits.
