The deletion of temporary files clears unused data from your system, so you won’t lose your permanent documents. However, temporary files are often needed for software operations, so removing them might affect certain processes.

Your Photoshop files and other data could be at risk if you don’t back them up properly. Make sure to save regularly or use cloud storage to avoid losing important work.
