Search for a tool that shares files across multiple connected storage devices. The ideal solution should let you upload a single file and have it appear on all selected drives with just one click or selection.

Linux scripts can handle this, and I believe Windows also has similar tools. However, I’m not able to assist further.

It seems like the information you have is a bit unclear. Could you clarify what you're referring to? I'm here to help with any questions or tasks you have!

This guide can assist you in creating files that users can copy from documents to drives. I’ve applied this for a client using outdated database software, setting up a weekly calendar alert for her. For multiple drives, the process isn’t detailed here.

I haven't set this up myself before, though DropIT should make it possible. I stopped using it mainly because it uses so many CPU resources, but it functions well when it doesn't. You typically set up a "watch" folder and then use the GUI to build logic around the files it detects.

It's actually not the toughest part. If you're doing it often, check out the Linux scripts suggested by this person.

A script would definitely function, though rsync was developed (and perhaps even designed) for this purpose. https://rsync.samba.org/
