I'm dealing with a major problem regarding Epic Games' support. After reaching out, everything seemed fine until I realized my account had been compromised right away. They asked me to confirm whether I used their store on any consoles or streaming platforms, even though I haven't owned Sony, Nintendo, or Microsoft devices. I can't stream and don’t have those systems. It feels absurd in today’s world where people struggle to afford basic tech just to play games. (Coff) Sarcasm. Since I can’t give them the required details, they told me I’m stuck and locked out unless I hand over a lot of money worth in games. [Epic Games Player Support]
Hello, I’m here to say my account might have been stolen or hacked.

I’d be cautious about sharing your personal information easily, no worries, but I understand how you were compromised. Epic support is the only ones who can assist you with this situation. It doesn’t seem like the problem is limited to just a PC—this is definitely more complex than it appears. What recovery options are available? Do you have payment methods from your previous purchases that you could use to verify your account? Are there any recovery questions they’re asking? Two-factor authentication?
did you check the email thread I left in the attachments area? honestly, the Onily account linked to the Epic Games Store platform was the original Gmail it was meant for. They probably already have access because I posted it in the info section to start a help ticket, which didn’t help. The Onily option they provided just gave me another device—logged in or else. Using their store login with my original credentials leads to this issue. I don’t have any of what you mentioned since most games I got were free. A purchase history might fix it, but from what I know, the Onily method isn’t available since I can’t log in there.
It seems like you're trying to suggest that someone has been compromised.
It's frustrating because there are plenty of purchase receipts, yet the system still doesn’t recognize ownership like a bank does. Their security measures don’t allow it, and the only alternative they offered isn’t something I can use.
the support representative inquired whether there was any service or device linked to my account. when I denied it, citing that I don’t possess such items as shown in the attached documents, he mentioned he couldn’t help unless I provided what he requested, which seemed unattainable given my previous statements. his aim is to restore access to my account.
Consider reaching out once more and presenting the evidence, emphasizing that you don’t possess it.
And the story keeps going. I believe if someone acted even more foolishly, they’d end up losing it.
