Uncertain if accurate, but I believe they recall it. On my previous setup, I used a Cryorig H7 Quad Lumi and Corsair Vengeance LED memory. CAM managed the cooler while Corsair LINK handled the RAM. I recall those two utilities didn’t launch automatically on Windows, suggesting the hardware retained some internal persistence as long as power stayed on. If I disconnected the system, they would revert to standard colors and functions until I manually reinitialized CAM and Corsair LINK in Windows to reset them. They would keep their assigned colors even without those programs running, provided power remained uninterrupted—even a passive PSU with the computer off could preserve settings.

Region: India Budget: Allocate $400 solely for the RAM (a bit of flexibility is okay). I plan to install the ASUS X570-E and disable the RGB in BIOS as recommended. Upgrading from an outdated DDR3 setup means no existing RAM. I'm searching for 32GB (two 16GB modules) RAM at 3200 or 3600 MHz. I discovered some non-RGB GSkill RAM, but they're currently unavailable. GSkill Trident RGB models are in stock.

Make sure you choose the appropriate RAM speed while paying attention to latency. A 3200MHz at C15 is great, or a 3600MHz at C18 works well too.
