They should include software such as Asus Aura Sync. It’s likely you could remove the RGB settings there.

I believe this setting will disable it continuously. Other programs also manage RGB settings similarly to how they handle your keyboard and mouse.

Including Aura Sync isn't necessary because it can consume system resources, especially when you're not logged in—like during a Linux boot.
