Not every Predator system leaks; the one I tested didn't. The problem seems to be with defective o-rings, not any other part of the product. EK produces high-quality items - my pump/res and GPU block are from EK. Honestly, I prefer a company with a strong track record in watercooling (Swiftech, EK) over those that mainly make fans and cases (Corsair, NZXT). Knowing that AIO coolers rely on aluminum radiators and low-flow pumps makes me hesitant. I've tested and own a Corsair H110i GTX, but I won't use it on anything I already own.

It arrived a bit late, but the predator is an excellent piece of equipment. It features a copper core radiator and water block, along with a Liang pump and separate reservoir. Swiftech offers a comparable AIO, but their pump and reservoir are mounted on the radiator surface, limiting fan placement to one side. The EKWB supports push-pull operation, allowing hose exits on either side based on your setup. Whether you choose push, pull, or both at the same time doesn’t significantly affect cooling performance, but the EKWB offers flexibility for various mounting situations.

Swiftech also provides a version with barbs, and another with compression fittings and upgraded fans, which comes at a higher price. The Swiftech model includes clear tubing and comes with dye. In summary, the EKWB stands out as the superior system with superior hardware. Swiftech offers a visually appealing design with dye and all components except the EKWB, which is a noticeable improvement.

If you ever plan to build a custom loop using solid acrylic, all components are compatible. The system uses standard 1/4" threads. I’ve been using the EKWB since they were operational in 1999, which is around 17 years. It’s a reliable company known for excellent customer service.
