Only for the CPU. But why purchase that board? If you're looking for an ITX AM4 board, I wouldn't settle for Asrock B450i Fatal1ty Gaming ITX-AC. Even that isn't top-notch compared to MSI's B450 Gaming Plus ITX—where are you at with the prices? Are there any available B450 ITX boards?

It's for an SFF build that will be used for basic desktop use and light gaming/workloads. There is space for a decent cooler, but I'm not sure it'd be able to dissipate heat from an OC'd CPU. Any Ryzen chip I put in would likely be ran at stock speeds, so I wasn't sure if an A320 board with OC'd RAM would be better than say a locked Intel CPU with 2666 RAM.
