You're able to do that if your CPU (probably a Ryzen) can't process them quicker.

Because higher speeds are generally preferred, running at 4000MHz+ memory requires adjusting the memory controller and fabric frequencies. This reduces those high frequencies, which lowers performance. If your UCLK and FCLK exceed 1800MHz, you should allow the memory to operate above 3600MHz (twice the other two).
