I accidentally twisted a few CPU pins today, but I fixed them and believe everything is normal. I’m checking to make sure they won’t impact its lifespan or performance.

They're merely simple cables. Does shifting the power cord around the back affect how your computer works? Would you really notice a difference? It's just basic wires. As long as they fit snugly in the socket, it's fine.

I modified it a year back and it functions just like before three years ago.

The thermal paste might have slipped into the socket, but it’s unlikely to cause major issues unless it’s in large amounts. It’s probably just a minor concern.

When the paste isn't conductive, proceed with caution; if it is, there are serious concerns.

Placing thermal paste inside can cause damage; cleaning the pins is necessary instead.

The paste on the cooler appears non-conductive, preventing short circuits, yet placing paste in the socket might still be problematic.
