I'm searching for a QSFP fall plate compatible with the infiniband card in the video. You should get something capable of 10 gigabit or higher, preferably better.

10GBASE-T works with regular RJ45 connectors when paired with cat6a+ cabling, but it’s capped at 10G over 100 meters. A switch that supports 10GBASE-T is necessary, since there aren’t standard SFP+ or QSFP faceplates available, and the enterprise market doesn’t require them.

You have two choices using a typical wall plate: an LC fiber coupler or an MTP/MPO coupler such as this link: https://www.pimfg.com/product-detail/SPM-MPO-WH. You can connect either a QSFP BiDi optic with standard OM4 LC-LC cable or a QSFP MM/SM optic using MTP/MPO cables.

I typically use a regular LC-LC fiber coupler mounted on a wall plate for 10G fiber connections.

QSFP serves as the transceiver connection point, distinct from the actual cable port. Most often standard LC connectors will remain in use, or MTP/MPO configurations might appear, though I haven't encountered those outside typical racks.
