most b450 models come equipped with the latest BIOS. if the packaging lists 'ryzen 3000', that confirms it. msi also offers maximum boards with zen and apus included by default. however, if the unit arrives with outdated BIOS, contact the seller or local store to have it upgraded.

I understand the situation, but because these components aren’t available from any supplier and the budget range is limited (around 4-5), I had to choose a motherboard that won’t work or replaceable. ;(

You can inquire at any computer shop. Generally, most B450 boards come with AGESA code support for Zen and APU.

Nope. Apu's represent the latest generation. That means 3,000 Apus are Zen plus. Two thousand Apus are Zen one.
