There might be an issue with the temporary folder. Consider running disk cleanup or manually removing the contents of temp folders. If that doesn't work, you could use safe mode or a bootable Ubuntu to clear those files. I also recall there are tools available to delete locked folders.

No, the problem persists even after reorganizing the folder. I also tried using the update tool with the Windows 7 ISO to fix corrupted files, but it didn’t resolve the issues.
