The situation has definitely shifted since the launch. Remember when an overclocked G3258 was a solid choice for games like GTA 5? At that time, before mods and all the updates, an i5-2500 performed well with more than 60 frames per second, and the GTX1050 could handle the experience just fine, as the 750ti was a decent budget option for the game. Have the changes to GTA 5 really made the vanilla version and this hardware outdated? It seems unlikely they are no longer possible under normal expectations.
