It won’t become a slow point, but overall speed will drop. Both the CPU and GPU affect frame rate, not just the minimum requirement.

My setup will support 24 threads... Alright, I’m just going to play at 1080p with 60 frames per second, and I’m fine with a slight reduction in settings. As long as I maintain around 50 or 60 FPS, I’m good.

The game utilizes every core, as confirmed by the Task Manager under CPU usage. When you open it in Task Manager, selecting the large graph and changing the graph type to "Logical Processors" shows activity across all cores during play.
