I just upgraded my PC to version 1709 (fall creators update), but when I open it, there’s a strange blank area everywhere. This only shows up in Windows Explorer’s Tiles view. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks, Gershy13

You meant to ask about the "blank space." It refers to an area where there is no text or content.

Looking to the left of the initial drives reveals empty space. This is purely a visual observation, though it seems unusual. It doesn't quite convey what I intended... I meant the blank area at the start of the first drive.
