Hello, I'm setting up my first PC and wondering if an A320-HDV motherboard would slow things down for a RX 570, Ryzen 5 2600, and 16 GB RAM. I understand I can't overclock and am okay with that, but could the A320 impact game performance? (I've confirmed compatibility) Thanks a lot! Appreciate any feedback.

Prioritize purchasing a B350 or B450 board to ensure access to the latest BIOS for the 2000 series CPU. The Asrock Pro 4 offers affordability and solid performance, mainly for securing a good VRM setup and enabling overclocking capabilities.

Avoid the A320 board. As @Streetguru noted, opt for a B450 from a B350—though it’s uncertain if it’ll be more affordable now.

A320 has limited RAM capacity above 2666 MHz, may experience thermal throttling, and does not support Zen 2 technology.
