Early impressions? I enjoyed SimCity (4) but didn’t invest in the later entries. The gametime version from Origin showed some constraints that could affect gameplay if purchased. How’s the new one performing for you? I’m considering getting it this weekend.
Ok, just realised there's a thread on this already. . . My bad. Mods please delete this if feel fit to do so.
In my view, the game offers features Simcity lacked. It includes elements you often overlook, like securing your camera to a vehicle and tracking it while driving through the city.
It's a solid game right now, but I believe it will become truly amazing in a year when all the mods and Steam Workshop features arrive.
it's far cheaper on g2a.com I paid £11 for it. I really really enjoy it, I'm rubbish and have no imagination lol but I'm enjoying it. really should watch some videos online as I have super bad traffic problems and enough garbage sites to fill a small island yet everyone moans about it yet the service runs at 150%!! I'm hoping updates will bring underground cable routing as well as a more advanced Road system with traffic light control ect. it also like to be able to add ponds and lakes to an area without the need for a road. kind of like a landscape editor on a small scale
Just purchased it now, downloading. It's 1.5 GB—definitely not bad. A nice upgrade from the usual 40GB we get in AAA games. Can't wait!
Hey, I'm not great with it—it's just getting the hang of things. It's similar to SimCity, figuring out where to place things. I believe the road design matters a lot, but trying to balance quality with budget constraints is really challenging. Still, it's worth it for the value you get.
