While playing, you're performing quick actions, thinking fast, your heart racing, and collaborating with others to achieve a goal.

Essentially nobody refers to chess as a sport... yet esports exists. (I don’t want to hurt anyone who plays, but I compete and my rating sits near 1400.)

It really bothers me here and there. It seems foolish, isn't it? It doesn't align with any real culture, it's a disrespect toward genuine competitors, and it's equally offensive to players.

Not implying you need to be overweight to be a skilled gamer. Just highlighting that sports involve physical effort. Playing games regularly tends to affect your weight in most cases. It's not accurate to say about genuine athletic activities. Also, labeling racing as a sport isn't fair to me.

You see fishing as a much quieter activity compared to racing, if that’s all you consider.

Playing games involves movement and effort, growing stronger as VR and AR technologies become available.

Also examined athletes in the league for five or more years. These individuals tend to be heavier with a more relaxed build, often described as having a 'beer gut' appearance. Their physical condition is significantly worse than that of many other professional sports competitors.

I understand you might favor professional gaming over casual play, though it doesn’t really affect me much. Regarding the image, Lyoto Machida’s face isn’t very clear in it.

Gaming matches similar to pool or darts—fun activities rather than competitive sports.

In tough fishing contests you keep moving a lot. I admitted I could handle it, but it doesn’t really excite me. They also offer excellent cardio or physical endurance. Competitive gamers usually don’t have either. Yeah, sure—will always back the Dragon…even if he’s past his prime and looks a bit frail now
