It's the planetside 2 engine; run the game in a borderless window. Then capture the screen or monitor using OBS—probably not xSplit, though I haven't tried it in a while. I only streamed it for a couple of days to get my friends interested.

I just hope I hit at least ten uploads so I can stream in 1080p or 60 frames.
They seem to restrict streams to bitrates under 3500, with a cap around 5000. It’s unclear if 1080p60 is possible.
I watched Dying Light upon its release. I'm using OBS with 1080p and 60 FPS at a 3000 bit rate. It worked perfectly with no issues. My friends also enjoyed the stream and reported no problems. I'm open to trying again when I get home today if you're interested.
