I've faced some challenges with a custom build I purchased recently. There have been problems with YouTube artifacts and games freezing unexpectedly, despite reports from PC builders that their systems ran smoothly. I've tried various troubleshooting steps, from checking power supplies to testing the GPU on other machines. Recently, the issue seemed to resolve itself when HDMI was involved. Whether both monitors use HDMI or one uses DisplayPort works without issues. However, switching to G-sync causes artifacts and crashes consistently on double DisplayPort setups. I've learned from PC builders that most stress tests focus on HDMI, but they didn't mention disabling G-sync per monitor. My monitors are brand new and use DisplayPort 1.2 cables. I'm curious if others have encountered similar problems and found solutions. I'm open to using HDMI now, but it would help to understand if the problem is related to G-sync or my GPU needs replacement. System specs: 13700k 4070TI Asus TUF Gaming 850w Gold PSU (passed 24-hour stress tests at PC Builders twice).

I've been using GSync for about seven to eight years and haven't experienced these problems. It's possible to turn GSync on for two screens at once, though I usually keep it off on my secondary monitors. Just double-check that the right display is selected.

It's really strange. Whenever I connect two Display Port cables together, it causes issues like YouTube freezing and games crashing. Pairing one HDMI with one DP works perfectly, but two HDMI together or two DP together leads to major problems.
