Shortly: I bought a new GPU with a code for three free games. I don’t want any of them and understand it’s legal to sell unused codes online. If I do, are they region-locked? Specifically for Canada—do they only work there or worldwide? Thanks! Chris

It's typically North American, European, or Australian style—generalized rather than country-specific. You seem to be asking if you don't want any of those games?

Often they remain secured, making it unclear whether selling them is allowed. Typically, the area restriction for Canada is NA (North America).

On that list, I don't want most things, but I enjoy those I've already overcome. I verified it. It's completely allowed.

The current Steam codes seem to be either "I believe" or possibly related to CS GO.

Interesting. They mentioned it on the forum and eBay confirmed it’s okay. What a coincidence!

They typically secure the items when the price gap becomes significant. On grey market platforms, I frequently encounter listings for Russia, EUR/NA, and Asia-Pacific.
